Stay for 4 days and 3 nights, very disappointed, very noisy every night hearing people chatting in the hallway and laughing loudly, even worse until dawn the receptionist's phone didn't work, plus it seemed like there was a pipe or something on our wall so we could hear sounds like people were drilling, I stayed in rooms 532 and 536 ..
This is the second time I've come to Gorontalo, the first time I stayed at the Amaris hotel, it was much nicer than Aston.
Very disappointed with Aston's class, service like this and Lana also wanted to check out because there was only 1 receptionist on duty. Please pay attention to people's complaints. Because actually there have been many complaints in the reviews. Now I just found out why Aston gave us earplugs, it turned out to be for that.
Will not comeback 4 tiring days sleeping there
